appointments:

We welcome and accommodate walk-ins whenever possible, but recommend that appointments be scheduled  in advance by calling us at 757.222.0343

 

 We will require a credit card or gift card to reserve any appointment.  

 We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. 

 Arrivals 10 minutes after scheduled appointment time will be considered late and may result in loss of reserved appointment time at the discretion of our salon management team.    

Arrivals 20 minutes after scheduled appointment time will be considered a missed appointment.

cancellations

We require 24-hour notice of cancellation for any appointment.  

Appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge that is 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. 

"No Shows" will be charged 100% of the service cost.

our guarantee

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our salon.  

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any service, please let the salon know within 48 hours. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within one week of your original appointment date and will be booked with the original service provider.  

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any product, please let the salon know within 10 days. We will be happy to recommend an alternative product to replace the product that you wish to return. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept a return on hair or cosmetic brushes along with any cosmetic products.  

There are no monetary refunds for any services provided or any products. If any refund is granted it will be only in the form of a salon credit.



payment methods

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards and check. In the event that a check is returned every effort will be made to collect the funds along with any applicable fees.

gratuities

Gratuities are accepted only in cash or check. Unfortunately, we can't process tips on credit cards.
